2000 Construction Completed
Renovation of an extant building to host a dental care clinic comprising 10 dental units, a technical laboratory, offices, reception and refreshment areas, and a waiting room.
A large two-storey hall encompasses all common spaces and a glazed conference room on the mezzanine; the former shed is turned into a high tech surgery area.
The idea of adding new technology to an existing organism prevailed in the whole project. From heating and mechanical installations to the special dentistry units, each element of the clinic was carefully tested to meet the needs of the Client: from hot-cold floor surfaces and made-to-measure steel door and window frames, down to specific solutions for the equipments, which can all be easily inspected, so that maximum hygiene and health are guaranteed.
The addition of front panels and windows to the facade, looking like pasted-on implements, totally changed the character of the building.
