The feasibility project deals with the construction of a new large hotel in Tarvisio in the former site of a winter holiday camp, which will be totally renovated, transformed and enlarged. The new hotel for about 350 beds will reuse part of the existing building for services, representation areas, conference purposes and meeting areas open to the public. The wing formerly devoted to the bedrooms of the winter camp will house the larger suites, while the new addition, set perpendicularly to the contour lines to form an extension of the old building towards the mountains, will have rooms of different sizes, including duplex rooms.

The whole structure, integrated with pools and a wellness centre, will be served by the new cycling lane and a cross-country track linking Italy and Austria, and will offer a new cableway connection to the ski tracks.
