2001 Construction Completed
Restoration of an early 20th century building sited in the city centre. The facades were rehabilitated and the inner space adaptively reused for bank and financial offices. The made-to-measure solutions fitted in the offices prove flexible over time and in destination, and fully integrated with the architectural character of the original building. A milled wooden module is reproduced on all horizontal and vertical surfaces, combined with steel and glass and fitted in the installations, so that the whole inner space is outlined in an orderly manner. The building comprises five storeys, which are small in size but finely structured, and a panoramic balcony overlooking the city centre.
GEZA provided a comprehensive service: consultancy – layout – budget planning – project planning – contract and works management.
Integrated management of the planning process: architectural plan, structural plan, interior design, coordinated planning of installations and special systems.
